Terms of Service
General Terms Section
I own the rights to the art. Do not claim, reproduce, edit, use for AI, or resell the art.
Commissions are for personal use only unless it is discussed from the beginning to be used commercially. Personal use implies you cannot use the work you commission from me for:
Merch or works for resale
Promotion of sales
Logos or banners for a company
If there are plans for any commercial use, there will be an additional charge, so please negotiate this beforehand, thanks!
As for "Do's and Don'ts", Please read the below categories carefully and ask questions if clarification is needed. remember that a "dumb question" is one that isn't asked! I won’t draw the following:
- NSFW
simply put, I will not draw characters engaging in sexual acts and/or nudity but swimsuits, suggestive actions like the ahegao face or hip swaying and skimpy clothing) are fine.
- Gore
although a little bit of blood is OK like splatters, no dismemberment or excessive blood.
-Realism
Avoid asking for a piece that has celebrities and real life people. If it is simply a portrait of one of these, then it will be in the style my work is presented in, but i will not draw them engaging in any political topics or controversial actions.
-Furry
absolutely no feral. Small creatures that are monster-like in nature and Anthropomorphic characters are a grey area so be sure to ask first before commissioning. I will let you know beforehand if I'm comfortable with your request.
Here is where I state that I have nothing against these categories, I just don't feel like drawing them, they make me uncomfortable and in some cases I am not experienced enough in said categories to do so.
I am allowed to decline a commission request. You are allowed to cancel a commission request.
There will be additional costs for complexity as discussed in the Pricing tab, as well as custom made characters if it is their first time being conceptualized.
The extra cost on custom made characters DOES NOT APPLY if I have made the character once before, or put simply, you are a returning client with an Original Character that I made for you. Thank you for choosing me again if this is the case and I am more than happy to draw them once more <3
I will send progress pictures. Feel free to ask for more.
If you need the art completed by a certain date, let me know beforehand. Process can take anywhere from less than a week to about a month max.
If you need alterations done to the piece after the sketch and lineart are done, additional charges may apply based on the severity of the change. (More on revisions below in Payments and Refunds)
Once in a blue moon, I may stream the content being made on Twitch and post on social media such as Bluesky, Instagram or Twitter (or X now I guess). However, you may request me not to do so.
In the event that social media sites make messaging difficult, I have made a form to fill out. You may still use Discord, Twitter or Bluesky to DM me, but the option to use Google Forms is there just as an extra option for those that may not have said apps. That being said, the button labeled "Google Form Order" on the commissions page will bring you to a Google Form to input commission info, if you prefer to do your request that way.
Payments and Refunds Section
The payment will be through PayPal and all prices on the sheet are in USD, United States Dollar. I will ask for your email and I will invoice you.
In the case that anything not intended happens during the payment process, you will be contacted before I continue with the work and I will communicate that with you.
A full payment is to be made before receiving the final art piece. There are different ways to do this. For each, make sure you order the correct thing:
- You may pay the full price at the beginning.
-You may pay the full price after the sketched draft stage, once we both agree on the direction of the commission.
- You may pay half at the beginning and half after the sketched draft stage.
- You may pay at the end for smaller works. "The END" is where I have sent you the final piece with a watermark and confirm with you that there are no more changes needed (Headshot & Standard Emote Categories ONLY)
Clients are entitled to have up to three revisions (big changes) as long as the piece has not passed the final sketch stage. I will show when the final sketch stage does happen as well as progress pictures before that. This will usually be right before the lineart stage in which any alterations made to the piece could cost more based on their severity.
Clients will be able to suggest small changes at any time during the process until I say I am finished.
Clients are entitled to have a full refund as long as the commissioned piece has not passed the final sketch stage, which happens right before payment and I will show when it does happen. Since the payment is through Paypal, the Paypal fee applies. I will be refunding the amount I obtained after the fee was calculated.
And finally, by commissioning me, you agree to the Terms of Service you just read.

Comics
This section will require a thorough explanation of the request. I will not make the story for you and you must provide that part yourself. i will simply do the art for it.each panel is a self contained illustration, so i will charge by panel and panel pricing is subject to change based on the content inside it.20% of the base price will be deducted if the comic is chosen to be monotone.
